Engineering Manager, Defense and Consulting

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java or Go.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Experience in artificial intelligence (AI).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  
• 3 years of experience working in a structured organization.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of high velocity, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Contribute to product strategy, develop and resource engineering plans, and manage execution and delivery.
  
• Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders to define a long-term product goals and technology roadmap.
• Work with Product Management, UX, Service Delivery and other Engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver an experience.
• Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a changing, ambiguous environment.
