As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within your designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries will be key to your success, making each day different and exciting.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $85,000 and $95,000, and between $100,000 and $115,000 in your second year. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including health, vision, and dental coverage. You will receive best-in-class training to set you up for success in your sales career.
