What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Varicent, you will play a crucial role in the development of the Incentives platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features that enhance client success and improve user engagement. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
