What you'll do

As the Manager of the Solutions Architecture team, you will lead efforts to develop and execute strategies that drive growth for startups and SMBs using Stripe. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, and Product Teams to ensure that user needs are understood and addressed. Your role will involve mentoring team members, guiding them in their professional development, and ensuring that they have the resources they need to succeed. You will also play a critical role in shaping Stripe’s products based on user feedback and insights, ensuring that the solutions provided are aligned with user expectations and market demands.
