SoFi is seeking a Risk Infrastructure Change Management & Adoption Lead to drive the integration of new processes and technology across the Risk Infrastructure Portfolio. This role requires strategic change management expertise and a focus on operational excellence.
You are an experienced change management professional with a strong background in risk infrastructure. You have a strategic mindset and are adept at driving measurable adoption of new processes and technologies. Your ability to mitigate resistance and ensure sustainable operational excellence sets you apart. You understand the importance of aligning change initiatives with organizational goals and have a proven track record of leading teams through transitions. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about leveraging technology and AI to enhance risk management practices.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for the Risk Infrastructure Portfolio. You will design sponsor roadmaps and resistance management plans to facilitate smooth transitions. Your focus will be on shifting the team's approach from tactical execution to strategic direction, ensuring that changes translate into operational excellence.
