What you'll do

In this role, you will develop deep subject matter expertise in a vertical of mapping operations, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across the organization. You will test and roll out new mapping tools, features, and workflows in coordination with our Engineering team. Your responsibilities will include drafting documentation that outlines processes and best practices, as well as piloting new tools to enhance our mapping operations. You will identify areas for streamlining our map build workflows, ensuring that we maintain high-quality maps efficiently. As the Mapping Operations team scales, your role will be critical in supporting the growth and effectiveness of our mapping initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our mapping operations align with the overall goals of Waymo, contributing to the success of our autonomous driving technology.
