What’s the Job?

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on cutting-edge transformer architectures, text analytics, and model optimization. You'll support the development of webAI’s core platform by building and deploying NLP models that can scale efficiently and deliver real-world impact.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and researchers to bring the latest advancements in LLMs to life, contributing to the development of scalable AI systems that operate effectively on limited datasets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize LLM-based models for tasks such as text classification, summarization, and language generation
• Contribute to preprocessing and preparation of datasets, including tokenization and feature extraction
• Experiment with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT) to improve model performance
• Work with Python and key NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and collaborative development with cross-functional teams
• Stay current with research in NLP/LLMs and bring relevant innovations into our production workflows

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong understanding of transformer-based models and NLP workflows
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving
