Overview

BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Director, National Head of Field Medical Affairs to lead the national Field Medical Affairs organization and advance medical and scientific exchange related to Calcilytix endocrinology programs. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical affairs, particularly in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. You have a proven track record of leading teams and developing strategies that align with medical objectives and program priorities. Your expertise in scientific and clinical knowledge allows you to effectively engage with external stakeholders and generate valuable insights. You thrive in environments that challenge the status quo and are driven by a passion for advancing healthcare solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences. You are comfortable navigating regulatory landscapes and ensuring compliance in all aspects of your work.

Desirable

Experience in endocrinology or related therapeutic areas is a plus. Familiarity with launch readiness planning and field tool development will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in data analysis and insight generation will also be beneficial as you shape field medical strategies.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director, National Field Medical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national field medical strategy that aligns with Calcilytix Medical Affairs objectives. You will lead the field medical launch readiness planning, ensuring that all necessary tools and narratives are in place for successful product introductions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compliant execution of medical strategies. You will engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to advance scientific exchange and gather insights that inform future initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the Field Medical Affairs organization.
