OPSWAT is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales and align customer needs with OPSWAT solutions. This role requires expertise in cybersecurity and experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on complex networks and compliance.
You have a strong background in technical sales, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions. You understand the complexities of enterprise environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your previous roles have equipped you with the skills to identify customer challenges and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, partnering with sales teams and engineering to drive business success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build trust with customers and act as a liaison between them and the engineering team. You are based in Singapore and are fluent in English, either as a primary or secondary language.
As a Solutions Engineer at OPSWAT, you will be the primary technical resource for the Singapore regional sales team. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their requirements and challenges, and then aligning those with OPSWAT's cybersecurity solutions. You will demonstrate the capabilities of our products, effectively communicating their value to potential clients. Additionally, you will work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and influence product direction.
