Venn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the creation of exceptional products and user experiences in the B2B fintech space. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape the product roadmap. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in fast-growing startups.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a fast-growing startup or fintech environment — you understand the nuances of building products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through as you navigate the challenges of being the first PM in a scaling company, setting the standard for product excellence. You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and large cross-functional teams. You are skilled at using data and customer feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring that the products you manage continuously evolve to meet user expectations.
