Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success with at least 5 years of experience in a technology-driven environment — your expertise in AWS services allows you to guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys effectively. You excel at building strategic roadmaps that align with customer needs and drive measurable ROI, showcasing your ability to identify high-impact use cases. Your executive presence enables you to navigate interactions with internal leadership and diverse stakeholders, from Enterprise Architects to C-Suite executives, fostering trust and collaboration.

You possess a deep understanding of market trends and AWS technologies, particularly in the context of Gen AI — this knowledge empowers you to propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer success. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to deliver exceptional results for customers.

Desirable

Experience with Gen AI services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to drive customer success using cutting-edge technologies. Familiarity with contractual agreements and project delivery processes will also be beneficial in ensuring seamless execution of solutions.

What you'll do

As a Senior Amazon Q Strategist, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, working closely with the AWS Professional Services teams to architect and implement solutions that align with customer objectives. You will lead the charge in transforming customer interactions from initial proof-of-concept to full-scale production implementations, ensuring that each step is executed flawlessly. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and partner teams to propose tailored solutions that leverage AWS capabilities, particularly in the realm of Gen AI.

You will be responsible for crafting strategic roadmaps that expand Amazon Q's footprint across enterprises, driving innovation and efficiency in customer operations. Your ability to quantify value and demonstrate ROI will position you as an indispensable partner in your customers' digital transformation journeys. You will orchestrate contractual agreements, align customer expectations, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to specification.

In this role, you will also engage with internal leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress and gather feedback, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
