You have 10+ years of experience in developing high-performance algorithmic financial applications — you've designed and implemented complex systems that handle significant trading volumes and have a deep understanding of financial markets. Your educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or a related STEM field, providing you with a solid foundation in both theory and practical application.

You possess strong programming skills in languages such as Java and C++ — your expertise allows you to write efficient, maintainable code that meets the demands of high-frequency trading environments. You are familiar with algorithm design and optimization techniques, enabling you to enhance existing trading strategies effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments — you enjoy working closely with traders and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving order execution and performance. Your communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance trading systems — you will enhance existing trading strategies and develop new tools to support them. Your work will involve collaborating with the Algorithm / Research team to create innovative strategies that meet our clients’ order execution needs.

You will play a pivotal role in evolving our platform as we expand our client base — your insights and expertise will influence future design decisions, ensuring that our systems remain at the forefront of technology and performance. You will acquire a deep understanding of our systems, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include testing and deploying new strategies, algorithms, and tools — you will ensure that all systems are robust and capable of handling the demands of high-frequency trading. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our trading systems.
