Technical Program Manager, Commerce Systems

Who you are

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager in the Commerce Systems organization, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing large-scale technical programs that span across Stripe. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their pain points in using Commerce Systems and work towards implementing solutions that enhance their experience. Your responsibilities will include developing cross-functional strategies, planning, and executing programs that drive monetization outcomes for Stripe's products. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the high standards expected by the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different disciplines and time zones will be crucial in this role. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement within the Commerce Systems and implementing changes that benefit both users and the business.
