What you'll do

As the Workplace Experience Manager at Kabam, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it is fully operational and meets the needs of employees. You will lead the Workplace Experience team, managing on-site staff and coordinating with vendors to maintain office facilities. Your role will involve translating workplace strategy into actionable plans, ensuring that the office environment supports a five-day in-office work model. You will act as the primary point of contact for facilities operations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. You will also be involved in planning and executing workplace events and initiatives that foster a positive company culture.
