Rackspace is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to design and deploy highly available AWS environments. You'll utilize your expertise in Terraform and cloud architecture to build automation frameworks and support customers with top-tier cloud solutions.
You are an experienced AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud architecture and infrastructure management. With at least 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record of designing and deploying highly available AWS environments. Your hands-on expertise in Terraform allows you to build robust automation frameworks that enhance operational efficiency. You are passionate about delivering best-in-class cloud solutions and supporting customers in their cloud journey.
You possess a deep understanding of automation and infrastructure management, enabling you to streamline processes and improve system reliability. Your experience includes working with various AWS services, ensuring that you can create scalable and secure cloud architectures. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Experience with additional DevOps tools and practices is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. You are comfortable navigating complex cloud environments and have a knack for troubleshooting issues as they arise. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AWS environments that meet the needs of our customers.
