CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level Release Developer to manage features and releases throughout the development pipeline. You'll work closely with the Release Management team to ensure high-quality releases. This role requires strong collaboration and organizational skills.
You are a skilled Release Developer with experience in managing software releases and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of effective release management and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the release process are executed smoothly. You thrive in a multicultural environment and are motivated by the challenge of delivering high-quality software solutions. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are comfortable consulting with Release Managers to create accurate Release Plans. You are committed to maintaining up-to-date release information and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed throughout the release cycle.
In your role as a Mid-Level Release Developer, you will work closely with the Release Management team to oversee the entire release process. You will consult with Release Managers to develop comprehensive Release Plans that outline the timeline and resources needed for successful releases. Your responsibilities will include managing source code in shared release branches, creating release builds, and coordinating activities on launch day to ensure a seamless update experience for users. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation related to releases and communicating any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders. Your collaborative nature will allow you to work effectively with various teams, ensuring that all features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
