Shift4 is hiring a Director of Commercial Optimization & Enablement to enhance the efficiency of their Commercial operations. This role requires a strong background in operations and project management, focusing on optimizing internal processes and driving collaboration.
You have a strong background in operations and project management, with a proven track record of enhancing efficiency in commercial operations. Your strategic thinking enables you to identify and eliminate redundancies while addressing knowledge and process gaps. You possess excellent leadership skills, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your experience in optimizing internal processes related to sales ensures a streamlined experience for all stakeholders. You hold a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred, in business, finance, or related fields. You are committed to fostering collaboration and supporting the Commercial team in their efforts with new and existing merchants.
In this role, you will lead efforts to standardize and improve internal processes related to the sales process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for all stakeholders. You will develop operational plans and procedures that promote increased revenue and long-term growth. You will take ownership of Commercial projects aimed at enhancing the Commercial team’s effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that the Commercial team has the necessary support to succeed. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance overall performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
