What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a global team of Technical Writers, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work. You will be responsible for defining the documentation strategy and product roadmap, aligning them with the overall business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Product, to ensure that documentation meets the needs of stakeholders and customers. You will track documentation progress against release milestones, managing risks and dependencies to guarantee on-time delivery. You will also focus on embedding AI tools into the team's workflows, enhancing productivity and innovation in documentation practices. Your leadership will empower writers to take ownership of their work, driving excellence in technical depth and writing quality.
