Wayflyer is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and enhance the HR tech stack. This role requires collaboration across teams to deliver a world-class employee experience.
You have experience in people operations, ideally with a focus on the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You understand the importance of creating a warm and intentional experience for employees, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with the company. You are comfortable working with HRIS and other key tools, maintaining data accuracy and promoting system adoption among team members. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive organizational success. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the employee experience. You value integrity, creativity, and bold optimism, aligning with Wayflyer's culture and mission.
In this role, you will co-own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment new hires join the company to their eventual offboarding.
