Huntress is seeking a Director of Security Operations & Enablement to lead a new sub-department focused on scalability within the Security organization. This role requires strategic oversight and innovation to enhance processes and technology. Competitive compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 plus bonuses and equity.
You have extensive experience in security operations, ideally with a background in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Your expertise in cybersecurity allows you to understand the complexities of protecting businesses from evolving threats. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating security strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a remote work environment, collaborating effectively with a global team. You are passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. You have a proven track record of implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in building and scaling security operations teams is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment processes can be beneficial.
