Recharge is seeking an Associate Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class support to online merchants. You'll utilize your technical expertise and customer service skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication abilities.
You are an entry-level professional with a passion for technology and customer service. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently is key to providing an exceptional support experience for our customers. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work shifts to ensure 24/7 support for our merchants. You thrive on helping others and take pride in delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers by answering questions and resolving issues through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless experience for our online merchants, helping them navigate our subscription platform effectively. You will engage with store owners to gather context and triage issues, moving to deeper investigations as necessary. Your role will involve working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
