What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Narvar, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the value of our platform. You will lead the design and development of highly scalable, extensible, distributed systems through incremental delivery, ensuring alignment with a longer-term vision. Your responsibilities will include planning day-to-day activities for your team, working closely with stakeholders to balance feature delivery and operational health.

You will inform the technical roadmap, addressing technical debt and enhancing the scalability and extensibility of our systems.
