Experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Familiarity with digital marketing solutions will help you excel in this role, as will any previous experience in account management or client relations.
As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key to your success, as you will work with a wide variety of industries, making each day different and rewarding. You will also have the opportunity to participate in recognition and incentive programs that celebrate your achievements and contributions to the team.
Hibu provides a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be between $90,000-$100,000 in your first year and $100,000-$120,000 in your second year.
