Celonis is seeking a Value Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on managing the customer value lifecycle. You'll work closely with leadership to drive customer value journeys and support strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical abilities and consulting skills.
You have a proven track record in value engineering or a related field, with experience in managing teams and driving customer success. Your background includes a blend of process knowledge and analytical skills, allowing you to effectively identify and deliver value to customers. You are a trusted advisor, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and guiding them through the value realization process. You foster a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction and career growth within your team. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, enabling you to build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technologies. A strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and customer engagement strategies will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Value Engineering Manager at Celonis, you will lead a team of Value Engineers, guiding them in their efforts to manage the entire customer value lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end customer value journeys, focusing on landing and expanding existing customers while ensuring high renewal rates. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Go-To-Market Leadership Teams, you will support customers in achieving their strategic goals through the effective use of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for value realization and working with your team to deliver impactful solutions.
You will also play a key role in fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment, where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing the skills and capabilities of your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of customers. You will engage with strategic customers and senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations that drive value and enhance customer satisfaction.
