What you'll do

As a Technical Product Manager at Caseware, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the foundational platform services that power the Caseware Cloud portfolio. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define technical requirements and streamline integrations. Your role will involve gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering to deliver winning products, and ensuring that the product vision aligns with the overall business strategy. You will also be tasked with enabling innovation across the ecosystem, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the implementation of new features and enhancements. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success, while also analyzing market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
