You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes building strong relationships with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders, ensuring that technology aligns with organizational health and compliance goals. You are adept at identifying opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you partner closely with sales teams to drive growth. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients and guide them in maximizing the value of the solutions provided. You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and understand the complexities of compliance management in this industry. You are results-driven and focused on long-term retention and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Propelus, you will own the strategic relationships for our enterprise occupational health and compliance accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that healthcare systems and complex organizations maximize the value of Immuware. You will build deep partnerships with C-level and clinical stakeholders, acting as a consultant to ensure that our platform supports their specific organizational health and compliance goals. You will identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, partnering with the sales team to create growth strategies. You will also monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback, which will be crucial for continuous improvement of our services. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. Your goal is to drive long-term retention and growth by aligning our technology with the customer's clinical and compliance needs.
