Propelus is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage strategic relationships with enterprise healthcare accounts. You'll ensure clients maximize the value of Immuware and drive long-term retention and growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on customer needs.
You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare sector. Your experience includes building strong relationships with C-level executives and clinical stakeholders, ensuring that technology aligns with organizational health and compliance goals. You are adept at identifying opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you partner closely with sales teams to drive growth. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients and guide them in maximizing the value of the solutions provided. You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and understand the complexities of compliance management in this industry. You are results-driven and focused on long-term retention and customer satisfaction.
