Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will set you apart. You should be comfortable with technology and have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that can help them grow their businesses. You will work both from a home office and in the field, allowing you to balance your time effectively. You will receive comprehensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed in your role.
You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings in your first year between $85,000 and $100,000. As you grow in your role, your income potential increases, with second-year earnings projected around $90,000 to $110,000. You will also benefit from recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip for top performers.
