What you'll do

As the Field Enablement Manager at Plaid, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing employee performance across various go-to-market segments. You will partner directly with segment leaders to assess their teams' workflows and identify challenges that hinder productivity. Your insights will guide the development of targeted enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and impact.

You will design and implement programs that equip employees with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating ongoing learning opportunities. Your goal is to ensure that all team members are well-prepared to meet the demands of their positions and contribute to the company's mission.

You will also monitor the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to measure success and make adjustments as necessary. By analyzing performance metrics, you will continuously refine your strategies to ensure they align with the evolving needs of the business.
