Who you are

You have a strong background in operations and enablement, with a proven track record of enhancing team performance through strategic initiatives. You understand the unique challenges faced by different segments, including SMB, FinTech, Banking & Wealth, and Enterprise, and you are adept at designing tailored solutions that drive productivity and impact.

Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop programs that empower employees. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with segment leaders and understand their specific needs and workflows.

You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to inform your enablement strategies. Your ability to think critically and creatively enables you to solve complex problems and implement effective solutions that align with the company's goals.

You are passionate about empowering others and have a strong desire to contribute to the success of your team and the organization as a whole. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector or with SaaS products is a plus. Familiarity with enablement tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As the Field Enablement Manager at Plaid, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing employee performance across various go-to-market segments. You will partner directly with segment leaders to assess their teams' workflows and identify challenges that hinder productivity. Your insights will guide the development of targeted enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and impact.

You will design and implement programs that equip employees with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and facilitating ongoing learning opportunities.
