You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that inventory is accurately received and stocked while safeguarding against loss or theft. You understand the importance of product quality and freshness, and you follow all HACCP and food-handling processes diligently. Experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required. You are comfortable using technology similar to smartphone devices for scanning and managing orders. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to interact pleasantly with customers through the app when necessary.
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to manage inventory receiving and organization. You will accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and properly rotated to maintain quality. You will pick, pack, and sort orders using technology to scan packages and stage them for delivery. Your role will also involve communicating with customers through the app, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to DashMart safety and security standards, completing cleaning and organization tasks as assigned by management.
