Axonius is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage critical SaaS applications and infrastructure. You'll work with technologies like Okta, JAMF, and Google Workspace to ensure system availability and security. This role requires 5+ years of IT experience, including SaaS administration.
You have over 5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on SaaS administration and Identity Management using Okta. Your expertise in Endpoint Management using both JAMF and Intune sets you apart, as you understand the intricacies of managing diverse operating systems and applications. You possess hands-on experience with SAML, SCIM, SSO, and automated provisioning workflows, ensuring that identity management processes are efficient and secure. Your ability to resolve complex hardware and software escalations demonstrates your problem-solving skills and technical acumen. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to integrate complex data connections for enterprise applications.
Experience with additional identity and security tools would be a plus, as well as familiarity with other SaaS applications that enhance operational efficiency. A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies will help you excel in this role.
In this hybrid Tier-3 role, you will lead the design and implementation of SaaS applications into Okta, focusing on SAML/SSO configuration and SCIM provisioning. Your responsibilities will include administering and securing core platforms such as Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and security. You will also resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and participating in an on-call rotation for global support. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams to integrate data connections for enterprise applications, making you a vital partner in the organization’s operational success.
