What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Technical Product Enablement team, ensuring that all members are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed. You will create and oversee the development of interactive training materials that highlight new product features and updates. You will collaborate with product management to understand technical details and translate them into user-friendly content. You will lead the GTM readiness process, ensuring that all stakeholders are prepared for product launches. You will analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes. You will work closely with sales teams to gather feedback on training materials and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of enablement resources that can be easily accessed by the GTM organization. Your role will be crucial in driving product adoption and ensuring that OpenGov's solutions are effectively communicated to clients.
