Wizeline is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the technical implementation of A/B and multivariate experiments across web and mobile platforms. You'll work with Adobe Experience Platform and ensure analytics tagging accuracy. This position requires 5 to 7 years of experience.

Who you are

You have 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations, specifically with a strong focus on experimentation tools like Adobe Experience Platform. Your expertise in A/B and multivariate testing allows you to lead the end-to-end technical implementation of experiments across web and mobile platforms. You are skilled in translating strategic personalization requirements into precise targeting and segmentation logic within experimentation tools, ensuring that campaigns are effectively tailored to audience needs.

Your background includes managing and governing Tag Management Systems, which ensures the reliable deployment of marketing, analytics, and third-party tags. You partner with IT to standardize the digital Data Layer, supporting integrations across MarTech and core systems. You understand the importance of SEO best practices, performance standards, and accessibility guidelines, ensuring that web implementations meet these criteria.

You are adept at building and maintaining advanced CMS components to support experimentation, personalization, and tracking needs. Your attention to detail ensures analytics tagging accuracy, and you conduct regular audits to maintain data consistency and reporting reliability. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving business transformation through data and AI.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Wizeline, you will lead the technical implementation of A/B and multivariate experiments, ensuring that all aspects of the campaigns are executed flawlessly. You will own the deployment, QA, and validation of testing campaigns, ensuring statistical integrity and accurate audience allocation. You will collaborate with IT to standardize the digital Data Layer, facilitating seamless integrations across various systems.

In addition, you will ensure that all web implementations adhere to SEO best practices, performance standards, and accessibility guidelines. You will build and maintain advanced CMS components that support experimentation and personalization, allowing for a more tailored user experience.
