Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Renewals Account Executive to focus on achieving renewal targets for their Enterprise Core accounts. You'll ensure customer success while maximizing financial results. This role requires experience in SaaS and account management.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in the SaaS industry, where you've successfully driven renewals and minimized attrition. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients ensures they are set up for success and feel valued throughout their journey with the company. You understand the importance of identifying growth opportunities and can effectively communicate insights back to the business to enhance overall performance.
Your experience includes working with enterprise-level clients, where you've navigated complex negotiations and secured favorable terms for both the client and your organization. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for Samsara’s Enterprise Core accounts. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided and identify any potential issues before they escalate. Your goal is to minimize financial attrition while maximizing the value delivered to clients.
You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and ensure they are leveraging the full capabilities of the Samsara platform. By understanding their operations and challenges, you will be able to recommend additional features or services that can enhance their experience and drive further engagement.
