You have a strong analytical mindset with experience in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. Proficient in SQL or similar querying languages, you can manage large datasets effectively. Your expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau includes dashboard design and optimization, allowing you to present data in a compelling way. You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are communicated clearly and effectively across the organization.
Experience with additional data visualization tools or programming languages would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales operations and planning processes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality insights.
As a Reporting Analyst within the Sales Planning & Operations team, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the sales organization. You will be responsible for translating complex data into clear narratives through impactful reporting, dashboards, and analysis. Collaborating closely with EMEIA SP&O, sales teams, and technical partners, you will ensure that data-driven decision-making is enabled at every level of the organization. Your work will involve analyzing sales performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to enhance sales strategies. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into sales activities and performance.
