Overview

Esri is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to lead and inspire within their Contracts and Legal Department. You'll manage complex agreements and negotiate with customers across various industries and government levels. This role requires strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

Who you are

You are a seasoned contracting professional with a strong background in managing complex agreements and negotiations. With your experience, you understand the nuances of procurement and sales processes, and you are adept at building relationships with customers from diverse industries and government levels. You possess excellent negotiation skills that allow you to mitigate risks and protect intellectual property effectively. You are a self-starter who prioritizes assignments and issues to drive resolution and process improvement. Your ability to work collaboratively with a team of skilled contracts negotiators and attorneys is essential to support the customer-focused philosophy at Esri.

Desirable

Experience with federal contracts and familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations would be advantageous. You have a proven track record of managing high-impact contracts and are comfortable navigating the complexities of sales-related agreements with U.S. government entities and commercial customers.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for all requests from a designated region of the U.S., including federal customers nationwide. You will capture the nuances of each deal to align with Esri's business needs and sales goals. Your responsibilities will include negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and collaborating with account managers to foster strong customer relationships. You will also play a key role in promoting the adoption of Esri's ArcGIS solutions, driving growth and success for the company.
