District Manager

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing store operations and developing talent within a retail or food service environment. You understand the importance of creating a succession plan and building a strong team of managers at all levels. Your ability to identify and nurture raw talent is key to your success. You are results-driven, with a clear understanding of how to improve capability and performance while maintaining a sense of urgency. You are balanced in your approach, focusing equally on people, financial, and customer experience metrics. You have experience meeting and exceeding annual P&L objectives, with a primary focus on top-line sales and productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive top-line sales performance by fostering customer connections through community marketing and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and inspiring all locations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality culinary operations. You will lead head coach development through goal setting, coaching, and feedback, ensuring that development is always connected to improved performance. You will develop strong cross-functional partnerships to provide the right support to stores, improving performance and removing barriers to success. Your leadership will be crucial in driving continuous performance improvement, focusing on leading indicators and established key metrics.
