Instacart is hiring an Associate Program Manager for their Legal Operations team to streamline retailer onboarding and contract processes. This role requires collaboration with Sales, IT, and Finance to enhance operational efficiency.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving operational processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You understand the importance of legal operations in supporting business functions and are eager to contribute to a team that values flexibility and innovation. You may have some experience in project management or legal operations, but you are ready to learn and grow in this role. You are comfortable working remotely and can adapt to different working styles to achieve team goals.
In this role, you will assist in accelerating revenue motions by streamlining the onboarding process for retailers and CPG partners. You will work closely with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to improve deal velocity and ensure that commercial contracts move efficiently from request to signature. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with IT and Finance to enhance data quality and operational workflows. You will also be involved in identifying areas for improvement within the legal operations framework and implementing solutions that drive efficiency. As part of the Legal team, you will contribute to creating scalable solutions that support the business's growth and success.
