Product & Engineering Excellence Manager

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing company-wide initiatives that span across Engineering, Product, and UX. You will work closely with the Tech Enablement team to introduce shared practices that reduce friction and enable scalable ways of working. Your initiatives will focus on supporting Tech Strategic Themes and advancing Business & Product Priorities. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on goals and best practices, ensuring that everyone is working towards a common vision. You will also be tasked with measuring the impact of these initiatives and iterating on them based on feedback and results. Your role will require you to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the Tech organization delivers value effectively and efficiently.
