Druva is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of their Data Center solutions to new and existing customers. This role requires a strong sales background in a SaaS environment and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience in a hunter sales role. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively engage with IT contacts at various levels within organizations, and you have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. You are detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage your territory and pipeline effectively. Your motivation and self-starting attitude enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
You are comfortable selling complex solutions and technologies, particularly within a SaaS framework. Your experience includes working directly with partners to drive sales and you understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers. You are adept at analyzing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to lead demonstrations and presentations confidently.
Experience in data security solutions or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by mid-market enterprise clients. You may have a background in IT or a related discipline, which helps you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you are selling. A history of working in a startup environment is advantageous, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt and thrive in evolving situations.
In this role, you will focus on selling Druva’s Data Center solutions to both new prospects and existing customer accounts within your defined sales territory. Your primary responsibilities will include territory and pipeline management, opportunity identification, and analyzing IT backup, access, and collaboration requirements for mid-market enterprise clients. You will lead product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value of Druva’s solutions to potential customers.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring that you meet or exceed your revenue targets. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the sales process. You will also be expected to provide rapid responses to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
