What you'll do

In this pivotal leadership position, you will define the IT strategy for Dandy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission to modernize the dental industry. You will lead a high-performing IT organization, establishing clear roles and career paths for team members while promoting accountability and excellence in IT support, infrastructure, and infosecurity.

You will oversee the management of IT operations across Manufacturing and Supply Chain sites, ensuring that technology is effectively integrated into these critical areas. Your leadership will drive the development of a secure and service-oriented IT environment that supports both internal teams and external customer delivery.

You will be responsible for the lifecycle management of customer-facing IT hardware, particularly laptops included in Dandy's product offering. This includes ensuring that hardware is up-to-date, secure, and meets the needs of users. You will work closely with various teams to gather feedback and make improvements to the IT hardware experience.

Your role will also involve collaborating with the VP of Business Systems & IT to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives. You will participate in strategic planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise in IT management and operations.
