Solidcore is hiring a Coach/Core Crew Team Member to lead clients through full-body, low-impact classes. You'll educate clients on resistance-based machines and provide personalized support. No prior fitness teaching experience is required.

While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, any background in fitness or coaching will be considered a plus. You are open to undergoing comprehensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge in leading effective workout sessions.
As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on low-impact, full-body workouts. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their workouts. You will provide personalized attention to each client, helping them push through challenges and achieve their fitness goals. You will create an inspiring atmosphere with the right music and lighting, fostering a sense of community among participants. You will also participate in our comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role and grow within the company.
