With at least 5 years of experience, you possess a deep understanding of system design and governance, enabling you to effectively manage large-scale infrastructure programs. Your exceptional program management skills allow you to deliver transformational projects that align with organizational goals, particularly in sustainability and efficiency.

You are adept at developing and managing end-to-end project business plans, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are meticulously planned and executed. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership, is a key strength. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of project management in a fast-paced setting.

Your technical knowledge is complemented by a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency, reflecting your commitment to building a more sustainable future through innovative infrastructure solutions. You are also willing to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings, demonstrating your dedication to overseeing projects in person when necessary.

Desirable

Experience in the data center industry or with hyperscale customers is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. What you'll do

As the Director of Project Management at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, you will lead the charge in redefining how data centers are delivered. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee complex projects that support the company's growth strategy in hyperscale data centers. You will develop comprehensive project plans that encompass site due diligence, system design, and performance management, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and executive leadership, to align project goals with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

In addition to managing individual projects, you will play a key role in shaping the project management framework within the organization. This includes establishing best practices, governance structures, and performance metrics that drive efficiency and accountability across all projects.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing project management talent within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that Rowan Digital Infrastructure remains at the forefront of innovation in the data center industry.
