Datadog is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to help partners design and deliver security solutions using Datadog’s platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure successful onboarding and technical enablement. This role requires expertise in security solutions and partner management.
You have extensive experience in partner solutions architecture, particularly in the security domain, and understand how to leverage Datadog’s Observability and Security platform to meet partner needs. Your background includes a strong technical foundation, enabling you to educate and support partners effectively. You excel in building relationships and fostering collaboration, ensuring that both partners and customers achieve their goals. You are adept at analyzing service offerings and providing insights that drive success in cloud operations. Your communication skills allow you to advocate for technical concerns and navigate complex discussions with internal teams. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Experience with cloud security solutions and compliance requirements is a plus. Familiarity with Datadog’s products and services will enhance your ability to support partners effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology will set you apart in this role.
In this role, you will ensure the successful onboarding, training, and certification of partner technical resources, focusing on security enablement across Datadog’s products. You will participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog’s objectives with partner technical teams. Your collaboration will extend to supporting partner initiatives, including demonstrations and proofs of value, as well as conducting enablement workshops. You will analyze partner service offerings regularly, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their security solutions. Additionally, you will advocate for partners’ technical concerns, particularly regarding security integrations and compliance, driving resolutions with internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in helping partners achieve secure, observable, and compliant cloud operations, ultimately contributing to Datadog’s growth and success.
