What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Inspection Team, managing and guiding the team responsible for catalog inspection and quality assurance. You will conduct root cause analysis to identify and analyze errors in catalog data, implementing preventive measures to enhance accuracy. Your expertise will be vital in improving standard operating procedures and operational tools, driving efficiency and accuracy across the board. You will also lead key labeling accuracy projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in Coupang's expansion efforts in Taiwan, as you work to create a shopping experience that wows customers from start to finish.
