What you'll do

As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will oversee shift operations at the delivery center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the DC manager in performance management, helping to drive the operational plan and achieve business goals. Your role will involve training and coaching associates on Amazon processes, products, and operating models, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties.

You will be responsible for maintaining and publishing routine reporting on current performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Your ability to manage a multi-layer team will be crucial as you guide associates in meeting their targets and improving their performance.

In this role, you will also work closely with process associates and the station team to enhance operational aspects of the business. Your focus will be on providing a great delivery experience for customers while consistently improving efficiency. Handling day-to-day operational escalations will be part of your responsibilities, requiring you to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
