Cribl is seeking an International People Operations Analyst to enhance the employee experience across its international locations. This role involves managing HR operations and ensuring compliance in various regions. Strong knowledge of Polish is required.
You have experience in human resources or people operations, ideally with a focus on international teams. You understand the nuances of managing employee lifecycle processes and are adept at benefits and leave administration. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can make a real impact on the organization. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable navigating complex HR scenarios. Knowledge of Polish is essential for this role, as it will enable you to support the local team effectively.
As the International People Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Cribl’s international HR operations. You will manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring that all processes are compliant and consistent across various locations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with vendors and optimizing processes to enhance the employee experience. You will also be the go-to expert for day-to-day HR operations outside North America, providing guidance and support to international teams. Your role will involve collaborating with the Senior Manager of International People Operations to implement best practices and drive improvements in HR processes.
