You will also engage with ecommerce and retail sales teams to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Your insights will help shape merchandising strategies and promotional activities, ensuring that they are data-driven and aligned with customer preferences. Additionally, you will work with engineering teams to ensure that analytics capabilities are integrated into product development processes, enabling real-time data access and reporting.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will advocate for the use of analytics across all departments, helping teams understand the value of data in driving business outcomes. You will also be responsible for presenting analytical findings to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations that support strategic initiatives.
