Datadog is hiring a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Vietnam market to drive new business with large enterprise clients. You'll leverage your sales expertise to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a proven track record in sales and strong relationship-building skills.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in targeting large enterprise companies with over 5000 employees. Your experience includes successfully meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+, and you are comfortable managing an average deal size of $100k+. You possess a deep understanding of customer business needs and can navigate complex sales processes effectively. You are resourceful and have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business, ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the relationships you build with clients and colleagues alike.
Experience in the cloud solutions space is a plus, as is familiarity with Datadog’s offerings. You are driven by results and have a knack for negotiating favorable pricing and business terms that highlight the value and ROI of the solutions you provide.
In this role, you will prospect into large enterprise companies in Vietnam, focusing on uncovering their pain points as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment. You will maintain and build specific relationship maps for your territory, which includes existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Your goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers' businesses to effectively position Datadog’s solutions. You will negotiate terms with large commercial enterprises, ensuring that you communicate the value and ROI of our offerings. Additionally, you will handle existing customer expectations while expanding your reach and depth within your assigned territory. You will demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges and ensure high forecasting accuracy.
