What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Azure Engineering Operations team, focusing on transforming Microsoft Cloud customers into fans. You will design and implement solutions that prevent issues before they occur, ensuring quality, reliability, and security across the Microsoft Cloud. Your leadership will guide the development of customer solutions that leverage internal Agentic platforms, driving measurable impact for Fairfax and commercial businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and amplify their voices within the organization. Your strategic direction will shape the future of customer engineering at Microsoft, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. By embedding AI-powered automation into your processes, you will enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving initiatives that align with Microsoft’s mission and values.
