Veeva Systems is seeking an Enterprise Account Partner for their Veeva Quality Cloud to identify and expand opportunities within global accounts. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to customer success.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and understand the nuances of building relationships with stakeholders in both business and IT. You are adept at identifying customer needs and pain points, and you thrive in a consultative role where you can act as a trusted advisor. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to oversee the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals, ensuring customer success throughout the process. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires approximately 40% travel for customer meetings and conferences.
As an Enterprise Account Partner for Veeva Quality Cloud, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities within assigned global accounts. You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Your consultative approach will help you position Veeva's Quality solutions effectively, ensuring that you meet customer needs and drive success. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, and will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied throughout their journey with Veeva. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and ensure that the solutions provided meet their expectations.
